Agile transformation for both Business and IT
You don’t have to be Silicon Valley IT to innovate the way you operate your company
Who is it for? The IT delivery manager who is seeking closer collaboration with the Business, for the manager Operations that thinks his/her team should be in charge of their own future
What is it? A review of your current (agile) set up, a recommendation how to better structure your demand and delivery process, a transformational set up for both Business and IT teams that drives better behaviors and promotes continued learning and improving.
Where? The majority of activities takes place at your location. We believe a transformation may start in a very short time, however it requires a long stretch of time to really embed into the hearts and minds of your people.
When? The start is usually very quick, 3 to 5 weeks, after that we plan short interactions and coaching for several months.
Why? Everybody is talking about agile, but very few companies are able to implement it as part of their core set up and culture. We are experts in creating agile transformation for both Business and IT.
How? We’ll start with a review of your current (agile) set up, identifying the gaps and additional needs you have. The first few weeks are used to refine training and communication materials, tailoring them to your company’s culture. We’ll train the core team on agile, which we’ll repeat for the large audience within both Business and IT. Intensive coaching is available for the first few sprints. We’ll establish a long-tail approach to coaching, where we continue to measure and improve your agile set up.

Lightning and mobile, tablet enablement
As an adoption refresh and simplification push
Who is it for? The organization that’s had a SFDC org for several years now, looking for ways to revitalize adoption and usage

Where? The in depth interviews are done at your company location, the survey and SFDC org assessment can be done remote. We’ll present our findings to you at your company location.
When? The whole process takes around 5 to 8 weeks
Why? The introduction of a new UI / UX can be a great compelling event to refresh your SFDC usage and adoption. SFDC has introduced their new UI / UX in 2015, all their new developments are focused on Lightning. At some point the Classic UI will be deprecated. It is better to be prepared.
How? We’ll plan series of in depth interviews with a select group of sr. stakeholders to identify the strategy and key issues with SFDC within your organization. At the same time we perform a technical quick scan of the SFDC org, to report on the current business and technical usage of the SFDC org. This includes a list of all the technical issues that prevent the switch to Lightning / mobile, tablet usage. After that we’ll also survey all users with questions focused on their usage / adoption. These three activities allow us to present the findings on usage and adoption from both a quantitive and qualitative perspective. We’ll provide a recommendation how your company can migrate to Lightning (and/or move to mobile/tablet usage).
